I’m so happy to share this 60 minute mobility class that focuses on thoracic spine movement. Impaired mobility of the thoracic spine is something I see so frequently amongst my clients, so I hopeful this will be helpful to so many of you. To start, I’d recommend trying this once a week and eventually go up to twice a week for about 6 - 8 weeks for improved mobility through the spine. Let me know what you think!
