YogaByCandace LLC began as a personal blog rooted in yoga, mindful movement, and the belief that feeling good in your body changes everything. What started as one woman sharing her practice has grown into a comprehensive fitness and wellness brand serving clients around the world.

As my life, education, and experience evolved, so did my work.

Today, YogaByCandace is the foundation of everything I do, but the focus has expanded beyond yoga alone. My approach blends strength training, personal training, fitness programming, yoga, mobility, posture, nervous system regulation, and sustainable lifestyle practices designed to support long-term health and confidence.

I currently work primarily as a certified personal trainer and wellness coach, offering:

  • Custom online personal training and nutrition coaching

  • Subscription-based fitness programming for home and gym

  • In-person and virtual personal training sessions

  • Yoga retreats and fitness retreats worldwide

  • Workshops and educational programs focused on hormones, metabolism, posture, and longevity

Why the Evolution

Bodies are complex and so is real health.

Yoga remains a powerful and valuable practice, but it is not always the only tool. Strength training, muscle mass, metabolic health, mobility, and recovery are essential, especially for women navigating stress, hormonal changes, aging, fertility journeys, and demanding lives.

My work is centered on helping people feel strong, capable, regulated, and confident through intentional training rather than extremes, burnout, or short-term fixes.

Intention Factor®

This evolution now lives under my primary brand, Intention Factor®.

Intention Factor® is a fitness and wellness philosophy built on the idea that what you do matters, but how and why you do it matters more. It integrates strength training, intelligent programming, recovery, and lifestyle strategy to help clients train in alignment with their real lives.

Through Intention Factor®, clients learn how to:

  • Build strength and muscle without burnout

  • Improve body composition while supporting the nervous system

  • Train in ways that respect and support hormones and long-term health

  • Move with confidence rather than fear or punishment

  • Create consistency without overtraining

YogaByCandace remains the roots of my work and the entry point into everything I offer.

It is where movement meets intention and where clients are guided toward Intention Factor® coaching, fitness programs, and retreats that reflect the current direction of my work.
