A few weeks ago, Alternative Apparel sent me a cozy pair of leggings and this slouchy, feather-light t-shirt and when I tried them on, I knew they'd be perfect for a gentle practice.
I created this twenty minute gentle hatha yoga video for my people who are not looking to get their sweat on. Rather, this is for my people who are dog tired but need a good stretch. Something that doesn't require a ton of effort but will leave them feeling so, so good. If that sounds good to you, read on, my friend.
In this practice, we'll open up the chest, arms, shoulders, armpits, neck, hips, and legs. I guess I could've just said we'll work the whole body. But now you got a full run down.
