Hola! This morning I'm breezin' through with this new video I shot yesterday. It's a 20 minute yoga sequence for developing core strength and I'm not going to lie, it had me shaking a bit, so I think that means it'll have you working and sweating and probably cursing me out! :)
Core strength is such an important component to so many different poses - especially inversions like headstand and fun arm balances like grasshopper. But it's also excellent is helping to prevent back pain, so it's always something I recommend to people of all levels.

My outfit in this video is from Beyond Yoga with their space dye capris (super soft, thick fabric and good compression!), and Sweaty Betty with their Mukha Yoga Cami. The cami is a style I'd always written off as something that wouldn't work for me (I have a small torso but big cup size) but this fabric is really stretchy and has just the right amount of compression and coverage for me to feel really good in this top.
