Stay Inspired

I think it's important to do what you love. Today I am off to a weekend yoga workshop taught by Meghan Currie. Last March, I attended her Exquisite Metamorphosis workshop and it was seriously intense in the most delicious way. This year's workshop is called Exquisite Life and I am so looking forward to learning, growing, sweating and being inspired.  Found a little clip of Meghan teaching, so thought I'd share it in case any of you want to stretch a little bit this morning. Have a wonderful weekend.

Inspired

Sometimes things just work out so magically well that you're not even sure it's real life. Prime example: a few months ago I found myself a bit uninspired, a bit down. I wanted to head off to a yoga retreat or workshop, but I didn't see anything that jumped out at me. I headed to youtube, where I began watching these Meghan Currie yoga videos over and over again. I was so inspired by her style and wished I could have the opportunity to take her class sometime. So I went on twitter to share the video, and on a whim I searched for her. Her name came up, and she had literally just tweeted that she was coming to Europe. I clicked her link and found out she was coming to a city near me for a three day workshop. So I booked my hotel and signed up, because when things align like that, you must act! The workshop is next weekend, and I am so grateful, and so excited for the opportunity to learn, to grow and to be inspired.

Hope these videos inspire you. Have a wonderful weekend!
