Yoga Class Playlist and Weekend Recap
Hellllooooo March! Can't believe March is here (where did Feb go?!), but it's off to a great start. This past weekend I taught a workshop (so fun - we had a great group!) and my two regular Sunday classes (Sunday is my favorite day of the week). I even got to sneak in a personal practice (see below from instagram), try out this recipe I had in my head (meh, wasn't crazy about it), and finally got around to seeing Gravity (so good, recommended!).
