Writing you from beautiful Costa Rica this morning. It's quite windy and there's been intermittent rain (#jungleproblems) but the view is spectacular and I can't wait to welcome the students today. Question 1: What's the best budget yoga mat? Looking for something similar to Manduka but without the price tag.

Question 2: What are your thoughts on online yoga teacher training? How important is the Yoga Alliance stamp of approval?

Question 3: My friend has severe anxiety and I told her yoga may help. Can you offer any advice for her first yoga class?

Question 4: I'm interested in joining a yoga class but I'm pretty sure I'll be the only guy there. Any tips for what to expect

Question 1: Can you tell me how to get into headstand? Also, where is the hip crease located? 

Question 2: In my personal practice I sometimes go from shoulder stand to bridge, but I've never seen that done in class. Do you think this is safe? 

Question 3: Sort of embarrassing, but with a double D chest, I struggle with some of the poses. Any advice? 

Question 4: I recently fell on ice and hurt my low back. It seizes up if I don't do anything, so I want to do a little bit of movement but not injure myself further. Any advice?
