In the Office is a monthly series on YBC that shares insight on everything we have going on. Between the upcoming book, our YBC Mantra Boxes and retreats, there's a lot on the agenda, so it's nice to share an update so we're all on the same page.  

Since we do an Off the Mat series, where I share some of the things that are going on in my personal life, Lauren and I thought it would be fun to share some of the things going on at work. Between the YBC Mantra Boxes and retreats, we have so much going on, so it'll be nice to have a little update now and then so we're all on the same page.
