Today I'm sharing a few favorite yoga leggings from three brands you may not have heard of - Sweaty Betty, Alo Yoga and Kira Grace. While I was gifted these leggings, all opinions are my own.

Woo, it's Fri-yay! It's been a long week for us so we're doing a little work this morning and then we were going to skip off to the beach for a little day-cation, but I feel like I'm coming down with something (can I catch a break?!) I took some oil of oregano after reading about its magical healing properties and will report back.

Good morning, friends! If you're subscribed to our newsletter you know that I've been battling a serious case of food poisoning going on four days now. Woof. Since I try to look for a silver lining everywhere, the only up side I can find is suddenly seeing some abs since I'm pretty dehydrated and unable to keep anything down...but, not a recommended way to get a six pack! Ha! I am starting to feel slightly better, I think, so hopefully today will be a better day than the last few.

Muscle Care: How to roll out

As part of my partnership with Kohl's for their #MakeYourMove campaign, I've been working on a few spring goals. One of the goals is to take better care of myself, so I've started rolling out my muscles before and after workouts. I've found it a nice way to warm up the muscles, work out any kinks and tension, and to prevent injury.
