This is a 6 week comprehensive competitors workout program designed by L-3 CrossFit Coach James Keeler. What does that mean? Well, it is 100% NOT designed for beginners - we repeat, this is not for beginners. Rather, this is a very intense workout program designed for experienced athletes. It’s perfect for someone who is experienced with Olympic Lifts and WOD style workouts who knows their limits, and has access to a gym with the equipment needed (barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc). All details for the program, including how to modify, can be found here. Once you purchase the program, you will be taken to a confirmation page. On that confirmation page will be a link that will automatically download the program to your computer. This link will be active for 24 hours, so you must download within that timeframe.
